The building is light, calm and well cared for, with an eye for style and a premium feel without becoming impractical. After completion in November 2024 we used several spaces ourselves and later made them available to our tenants. Our office units range from 15 to 66 m² — a difference that sounds small, but it decides whether you end up shuffling chairs around or have room to spare for a meeting table and a cabinet that holds everything.
A useful rule of thumb is 8 to 12 m² per workstation, including walkways, storage and a corner for a quick discussion. What matters more than the number of square metres is how those metres are laid out: an efficient, rectangular floor plan with the door in a sensible place works better than a larger space left half unusable by an awkward shape. So look at the floor plan, not just at the figure.
Every office unit is available furnished or unfurnished: bring your own set-up, or move into a workplace that is already complete.
